The bill to replace Obamacare (a.k.a, “the Affordable Care Act” or ACA) was passed with 116 votes, one more than needed, on May 4, 2017. The reference is 115TH CONGRESS 1ST SESSION H. R. 1275. The opening says “To eliminate the individual and employer health coverage mandates under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, to expand beyond that Act the choices in obtaining and financing affordable health insurance coverage, and for other purposes.”
