President Trump Eliminates the IRS ACA Penalty

April 30, 2017 By healthguy Leave a Comment

On February 15, 2017, effective immediately, President Trump ordered the IRS to NOT collect the penalties. Don’t take our word for it; read the news on Nolo.com or on Forbes or on the LA Times.

What does this mean for consumers?  Effectively, it means  that  you can choose a health insurance plan based on your needs, and not be concerned with whether it is ACA-compliant or not… or whether you even have insurance or not.

We do recommend you look at the full spectrum of insurance and try to find something that protects you at a cost you can afford.  Click on the start here button at the top of the page!
